BEGUMPURA TO BERLIN

Aarez Centre becomes part of C4C

Aarez Centre was established by the parents of a deceased child named Aarez.

Aarez was a beautiful child with special needs who was lucky to be born to highly privileged parents -Engineer Junaid Khalid Siddiqi and Dr Shmina Junaid.

After acute suffering and after huge battle , Aarez left this world for heavenly abode in November 2024. Taking inspiration during a visit from the Sulaiman Begumpura Centre established by Caring For Cannots Foundation, parents of Aarez decided to establish a centre in the name of their child.

They looked around for a location at various places in lahore and finally settled at Skyland Homes at the canal Road. Aarez’s eyes would light up when he saw other children playing outside. He longed to run with themselves, to chase a ball, to fall and laugh like any other child. Aarez also wanted to play but his body didn’t allow it.

Those were his unfulfilled dreams — simple joys that illness stole from him. Watching him endure that pain, yet still find reasons to laugh, was the most powerful lesson of love and strength which his parents would have ever known.

When his parents lost him, the silence he left behind was unbearable. But in that silence, they found a purpose — a way to keep his spirit alive. They realized that while they could not change his story, they could, at least change the stories of other children. Hence ,they decided to start a free school in his memory — a place where children can learn, play, and dream freely. A place filled with the laughter he once longed to share.

Through this school, his parents want to bring smiles to faces that may have forgotten how to smile, and hope to fill the hearts that need it the most. Aarez taught his family that even the smallest life can inspire the greatest change. His time with his parents was short, but his spirit continues to guide them every day. This school is not just a tribute to him — it is his legacy of love, courage, and hope. Parents of Aarez requested consultant of Sulaiman Begumpura Centre Ms Tayyaba Tahir to provide consultancy in this regard and she agreed to it. Aarez Centre has been inaugurated in november 2025 and is running well. Since parents of Aarez live abroad hence for professional management of the centre, they requested C4C to take over this centre. Board of C4C has approved the take over and this centre is now officially part of the C4C system.
